What are the payment options which Rizwood Online Store provides me?

At Rizwood Möbel Online Store, you can shop with any of the following modes of payment:

  • Credit/ Debit card (Visa and Master powered only).
  • Bank transfer.
  • Cash on Delivery (Valid on orders of accessories only up to PKR 15000).

Can I shop at Rizwood Möbel using an international credit card?

Of course! You can use an international Visa or a Master Debit/Credit Card.

Do you offer payment on delivery options (Cash / Card)? 

  • Yes, currently, the cash-on-delivery option is available.
  • You can pay through a card but be sure that your Credit/Debit Card is active for online payments.
  • Make sure that your pop-up blocker is disabled.
  • Keep your card with the card holder’s name, number, CVV, and expiry date.

Is using the credit card/debit card Rizwood Möbel website safe?

Shopping with Rizwood Möbel is entirely secure. Transactions with Rizwood are via the payment gateway CyberSource, which is PCI DSS Compliant.

Does Rizwood Möbel store my card information?

Rizwood Möbel does not collect or store your account information at all. Your transaction is authorized by CyberSource and subsequently by Visa/MasterCard directly without any information passing through us. However, at Rizwood, we monitor and review transactions on an ongoing basis to identify potentially fraudulent conditions and take immediate corrective steps to mitigate/limit any damage caused/likely to be caused by the same.

Do I have to share card information, account information, or passwords over the phone or email? 

Rizwood Möbel team will never request you share your payment or account details over email or the phone.

What are the other things to keep in mind during an online transaction?

Never press the browser back button or refresh button when the transaction is still in process.

What can I do if a transaction fails?

Transactions could fail due to multiple reasons. Please check for the following:

  1. Your card is activated to perform transactions over the internet.
  2. Information that is passed on to the payment gateway is accurate, such as account details, billing address, password (for net banking)
  3. Your Internet connection isn’t disrupted in the process.
