Rizwood Möbel is the name of reliability and commitment. To agree on our general terms and conditions means your approval of commitment to the return policy and deciding on your product requirements. You can place your order in the following ways:

Our customers are our top priority. Guiding them from placing the order to delivery of the product is our responsibility. When you place your order for a furniture product in the ways described above, you are offering to buy any product for the price stated and subject to these Terms. Moreover, after making an online order, we will email you to confirm that we have received your order. We will also let you know if any product is unavailable through email.

Warranties and liability of Products 

  • Rizwood Möbel gives you the warranty of its products against defects in manufacturing and artistry for one year/ 6 months from purchase. 
  • The product’s warranty does not include wear and tear. 
  • Once you have notified Rizwood Möbel about any product default, we will replace or repair any damaged or defective goods upon delivery; or refund you the amount paid for the product in question.
  • If any product is faulty, unfit for purpose, or not as described, you may return them within 30 (thirty) days and get a full refund. After 30 days (about 4 and a half weeks) and up to three months, we can repair or replace faulty or unfit products for purpose or not as described. 
  • We reserve all the right to choose whether to repair or replace goods. If the repair or replacement is unsuccessful, you are entitled to get a full refund.
  • Rizwood Möbel will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, indirect or consequential loss, or damage from any problem with the goods. 
  • At Rizwood Möbel’s sole discretion, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. We may change information, including the prices of products and services listed on the site.
  • RizWood Möbel will have no liability to pay any money to you by compensation other than any refund made under these conditions.

Products’ Availability

We always try to keep our website up to date but cannot guarantee that a particular furniture product will always be available. If we cannot supply the product you ordered, you will not be charged for it, and we will refund the amount you have paid us. Moreover, all offers are available while stocks last. Furthermore, the stock availability status for each product and color option can be found on each website’s product page.

All descriptions, images, references, features, content, specifications, products, and prices of products and services described or depicted on our website can be changed without notice (including after submitting your order). Moreover, we reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and correct any error, inaccuracy, or omission (including after submitting an order). Product and shipping prices may vary by location, and prices offered on the site may differ from advertised prices.
